Senior React Front End Developer (Latin America)

Full-time | EST hours | React / Next.js

We’re looking for a talented front-end developer to join our startup company based out of Greenwich, CT.  You’ll work closely with our co-founder (a senior backend architect) to build a web app focused on addressing the digital organization needs of families who want to prepare for the unexpected.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English

• 5+ years of front-end experience with:

• React.js, Next.js, Material UI, TypeScript

• Familiarity with Zod, React Query, React Hook Form

• Skilled at integrating with backend APIs and understanding front-end design tradeoffs

• Strong judgment on practical tradeoffs in architecture, design and implementation

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field

• Passion for programming and the ability to share examples of clean, reusable, scalable, and well documented code

• Experience and desire to use Generative AI tools to increase coding productivity and knowledge

Role Details:

• Part or full-time position, with a 3-month part-time probation period (case-by-case)

• Flexibility on working hours

• Assessment includes a paid coding project representative of our web application (estimated 20-40 hours effort)

• Figma designs and requirements for the MVP already designed

• Salary $50,000+ per annum with potential bonus
