We are a two person startup that is creating a web app to help families navigate the unexpected loss of a loved one (that is, the case where "you accidentally get run over by a bus...").  How does your surviving spouse handle all the administrative tasks related to this sudden unexpected event?  While no one wants this to happen, it is a good idea to plan for this unexpected event (just like buying life insurance). It is a gift to your family to plan for this so if something does happen, they know you have documented everything that needs to be taken care of, and your family can go on without extra uncertainty that your affairs are not in order.
