Video Content Creator with Background in HR / Recruiting

We’re looking for a Video Content Creator with a Recruiting Background to join our team and be the face of Enhancv’s video content.

**Here’s what you’ll be doing:**

• 🎥 Be the face and voice of our video content, presenting with confidence and authenticity to engage job seekers on multiple platforms.

• 📝 Write scripts for video content that simplify complex job-seeking concepts into clear and actionable advice.

• 👩‍💻 Plan and execute projects end-to-end. You’ll handle everything from brainstorming and scripting to recording and editing, with plenty of support from our team and resources like user data, visual assets, and more!

**Here’s what you bring to the table:**

• 🛠️ You have experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR processes and a passion for helping people grow in their careers.

• 🎙️ You're comfortable being on video and engaging with an audience; You’re familiar with social media content trends

• ✍️ You’ve worked on video content before (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and you have solid experience with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
