Your Day-to-Day

• Build custom platforms that turn manual processes into efficient systems

• Create intuitive interfaces that simplify complex operations

• Develop sophisticated integrations between modern and legacy systems

Experience Required

• Expert-level React development

• Strong background in TypeScript and Next.js

• Using AI assistance tools to develop better software

• Experience building and maintaining large-scale applications

• Clear written communicator that prefers emails to meetings

• Portfolio showing systematic, well-structured work

Bonus Points

• Experience building AI-powered tools (RAG, LLM, etc.)

• Experience building ERP/CRM systems

• Working with Django/Python background

• React Native experience

• Mad `/giphy` skills on Slack (or a desire to learn)
