We're hiring a Sales Development Rep to join our fully remote team. You'll work directly with Walter (that’s us!) to help our clients grow their businesses.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Full Sales Cycle

  • Research and reach out to potential leads

  • Qualify prospects and book appointments

  • Keep everything organized and follow up consistently

  • Collaborate with our team to improve strategy and results

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in lead generation or cold calling

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • A reliable internet connection, laptop, and headset

  • High energy, positive attitude, and a team mindset

  • Willingness to learn and take feedback

Hard Skills That’ll Set You Up for Success:

  • Cold calling and objection handling

  • Lead research and prospecting

  • CRM data entry and lead tracking

  • Email outreach and appointment setting
