Google Ad Strategist

We're looking for a Google Ads Strategist to help us scale paid acquisition and optimize performance across our key funnels.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and manage all Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)

  • Develop data-driven strategies to optimize performance and improve ROI

  • Research and target high-intent keywords aligned with Contra’s ICP

  • Build compelling ad copy and creatives (partnering with our brand team as needed)

  • A/B test landing pages, copy, and CTAs to drive conversions

  • Monitor and report on KPIs weekly, making proactive recommendations

  • Stay on top of Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and competitive benchmarks

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads accounts (preferably for B2B or SaaS)

  • Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, and conversion optimization

  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth and lead acquisition

  • Experience with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio

  • Ability to work independently, move fast, and iterate based on results

  • Excellent communication and reporting skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience running YouTube video ads

  • Familiarity with landing page builders like Webflow or Unbounce

  • Knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn)
