Google Ad Strategist
We're looking for a Google Ads Strategist to help us scale paid acquisition and optimize performance across our key funnels.

What You’ll Do:
Own and manage all Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
Develop data-driven strategies to optimize performance and improve ROI
Research and target high-intent keywords aligned with Contra’s ICP
Build compelling ad copy and creatives (partnering with our brand team as needed)
A/B test landing pages, copy, and CTAs to drive conversions
Monitor and report on KPIs weekly, making proactive recommendations
Stay on top of Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and competitive benchmarks
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience managing Google Ads accounts (preferably for B2B or SaaS)
Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, and conversion optimization
Proven track record of driving measurable growth and lead acquisition
Experience with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
Ability to work independently, move fast, and iterate based on results
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience running YouTube video ads
Familiarity with landing page builders like Webflow or Unbounce
Knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta, LinkedIn)
