HBTech is a fast-growing software agency seeking hungry, commission-only Sales Representatives to open doors and bring in new clients. Your mission: sell blocks of engineering hours to startups and enterprises across the US.

What you’ll do

  • Prospect, qualify, and book meetings with decision makers (founders, CTOs, Heads of Product).

  • Pitch HBTech’s capabilities, frame scopes with our team, and either hand off warm leads or close the deal (your choice/experience).

  • Maintain a short, clean pipeline and hit consistent monthly targets.

What we’re selling

  • Prepaid blocks of engineering/design/product hours (e.g., 100, 250, 500, 1,000+ hours).

  • Typical rates start around $80/hour depending on scope and team.

  • We deliver web/mobile apps, dashboards, AI integrations, and full-stack product builds.

You are

  • A self-starter with agency/tech services sales experience (bonus if you’ve sold retainers or hours before).

  • Confident at outbound (LinkedIn, email, events) and crisp at discovery/qualification.

  • Comfortable working 1099 contractor, commission-only, remote, and owning your pipeline.

Compensation

  • 30% commission on all client payments you source (paid on receipt).

  • Commission on expansions/renewals for your sourced accounts (details in agreement).
