About the RoleWe’re looking for a motivated full-cycle sales professional ready to take ownership of their pipeline from outreach to closing. Warm leads provided. Full training included. Flexibility built in.

Compensation Snapshot

  • Year 1 Expected Total Comp: $96,000–$120,000+

  • Base Salary (Post-Ramp): $60,000/year

  • Commissions & Residuals: Paid on every deal + long-term monthly earnings

What You’ll Do

  • Take full control of your pipeline after training: prospect, pitch, and close

  • Hit your target: at least 4 new deals per month

  • Attend weekly team coaching (3–4 sessions)

  • Manage follow-ups and build long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For

  • B2B sales experience in Enterprise SaaS or High-Ticket Sales ($5K+)

  • Strong interpersonal skills and resilience in a sales-driven role

  • A computer, headset, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace

  • Willingness to follow a proven process and grow with the team

  • Bonus: Experience selling to attorneys
