Compensation Snapshot
Year 1 Expected Total Comp: $96,000–$120,000+
Base Salary (Post-Ramp): $60,000/year
Commissions & Residuals: Paid on every deal + long-term monthly earnings
What You’ll Do
Take full control of your pipeline after training: prospect, pitch, and close
Hit your target: at least 4 new deals per month
Attend weekly team coaching (3–4 sessions)
Manage follow-ups and build long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For
B2B sales experience in Enterprise SaaS or High-Ticket Sales ($5K+)
Strong interpersonal skills and resilience in a sales-driven role
A computer, headset, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace
Willingness to follow a proven process and grow with the team
Bonus: Experience selling to attorneys
